Peter Haydon is fundraising for
I’m riding for the Police family and to honour the memory of my dad who was killed in the line of duty at Mt Sugarloaf in 1980. I was only 14 when dad was shot and killed, unfortunately there was no NSW Police Legacy back then to help my family cope with the ramifications. My dear mother, who passed away in April this year did an amazing job of bringing up 3 young children without the love of her life, let alone trying to deal with her own grief. Mum was a big part of NSW Police Legacy and I know she would be proud to know I was riding again this year. I have 5 weeks training ahead of me to be in shape for the ride, your support will help to motivate me! Please help if you can by donating to my fundraising page.
